YUM Rating: 4/5. I was tentative about the addition of cocoa powder and chocolate, but it wasn’t sweet at all— added richness and an interesting flavor.

YUM Rating: 5/5. Mind-blowing. We had to be rolled home.

Spicy Asian Lettuce Wraps

YUM Rating: 4.5/5. Super yummy! Would add a little extra chile paste and sesame oil next time, for more spice.

Blackberry Pie

YUM Rating: 4.5/5. Impromptu dessert after I snagged a giant carton of blackberries for $2! Didn’t feel up to baking crusts from scratch, so Pillsbury helped me out. A sweet treat to end the holiday weekend!

Copycat Salad

• Mixed Greens
• Sauteed Chicken Breast
• Craisins
• Pecans
• Crumbled Goat Cheese
• Honey-Citrus Vinaigrette

YUM Rating: 4.5/5. I had a salad very similar to this at Ottomanelli’s a few nights ago, but the dressing was sweeter. Still pretty tasty regardless.

YUM Rating: 4/5. So sweet and rich that you can’t eat more than half at a sitting.
