Mom’s Wild Rice Soup
- 1/2C Uncooked Minnesota Wild Rice*
- 1/2 lb Fried Turkey Bacon (crumbled)**
- 1 can Cream of Potato Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (Healthy Choice)
- 1C Skim Milk
- 1 can Fat-Free Evaporated Milk
- 1C Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
Heat all ingredients through—about 10 minutes.
*Wild Rice takes about 45 minutes to cook. Follow package directions.
**Add more or less bacon to taste.
I also added chopped chicken.
