Mom’s Wild Rice Soup
1/2C Uncooked Minnesota Wild Rice*
1/2 lb Fried Turkey Bacon (crumbled)**
1 can Cream of Potato Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (Healthy Choice)
1C Skim Milk
1 can Fat-Free Evaporated Milk
1C Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
Heat all ingredients through—about 10 minutes.
*Wild Rice takes about 45 minutes to cook. Follow package directions.
**Add more or less bacon to taste.
I also added chopped chicken.
YUM Rating: 4/5. Little salty, as soups often are.
